Our Kitchen Aide refrigerator stopped working while we were away on an extended vacation. Upon returning home, we found the interior temperature at 80 degrees, the inside walls covered with mold and rotten food and an unbelievably terrible odor. We were certain a new unit was in our future. Nonethless, we contacted Victor Terevinte of Fix It Appliance Repairs through his online website (www.fixitappliancesnj.com and booked an appoinment to assess the damage. We don't usually write reviews, but this is an exception. Victor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (a burned out relay switch) and made the repair. He also helped me reinstall the shelving and glass and provided me with tips on maintenence going forward. I have never met a service person who was more professional, knowledgable, honest, and personable. If you live in the Morris County, NJ area and are in need of a appliance repair...call Victor (973-588-2593). You won't be disappointed!

Victor is amazing! He responded quickly to my email explaining my refrigerator issue. Victor suggested steps I could try to resolve the issue to ensure a service call was required. Exceptional top notch repair work. Our refrigerator was making loud continuous knocking sounds and the compressor was overheating and going non-stop. We contacted the manufacturer and the repairman they sent basically said it can’t be fixed. Then we saw the reviews for Victor and they were spot on. Victor was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, ordered and installed the parts and thoroughly cleaned out the very tight area above the fridge which was a very ambitious job. Now it’s like our 17 yr old refrigerator is brand new. Pricing was very reasonable. We are thankful we found Victor.

If I can give Victor from FIX IT APPLIANCE REPAIR 10 stars, I would have. From the time I contacted him until the end he was so professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I have a LG Front Load Washer and he explained everything to me on why it was leaking water and he explained on how to prevent that from happening moving forward. Victor is a very honest man and his prices are fair. I will definitely keep his information for the future. Thank you again for fixing my washer. 😁.

From first contact to the finished repair, Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. He also was able to give me an appointment sooner than I thought, which was amazing as it was my washing machine that needed repair.

Very happy with my experience. Victor responded promptly to my inquiry on the site, got me on the schedule, fixed the washer 's broken pump pretty quickly, and gave me some tips for making the machine last to its full life expectancy. Very professional! Honest and told me that hat to do for my dishwasher before I run it and made sure I was comfortable with the repair. My ice maker from Samsung was a defect issue and he was honest and told me call Samsung and tell them "this" and they will send someone to fix it for free. He could have fixed it himself and charged me but he was honest and Beto d knowledgeable.

Victor is THE BEST! We have called on hime to help us three times for three different appliances. Each time he diagnosed the issue with our appliance and successfully repaired it promptly. He is fantastic and we will continue to call him with all of our repair needs!

2 of my burners were not working for a while. Victor was super helpful on fixing them within one hour, quickly and professionally. He also explained the detailed causes during the repairing process and gave some advice for further uses.

My experience with Fix It Appliance Repair LLC was excellent! The handle had become detached from the door of my oven. I booked an appointment easily online. Communication was clear and straightforward. On the day of my appointment, Victor let me know 20 minutes before arrival that he was on his way. The actual repair was quick and thorough, and Victor also went to the trouble of cleaning the door glass and surround during the repair. The price seemed very fair. Overall I was very impressed and I will definitely use this company should I need any more repairs to this or other appliances.

Victor came right on time. I told him the problem with my dishwasher and he right to work on it. He's got state of the art equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose, I was very impressed. He found the issue right away, and emailed a full written estimate before he left. We decided to buy a new dishwasher because the parts and labor were almost as close as buying a new dishwasher. But at least now I know, because of his help and diagnosis. Victor is very professional and knowledgeable. Victor was absolutely phenomenal. He was on time, very professional and was very patient while explaining what was wrong with my washer machine. He was able to fit me in the same day I called which was on Monday of this week. He ordered the parts needed to fix the machine on Tuesday. I received an email on Thursday morning that he would be coming today Friday at 9 AM to fix the machine. He did an amazing job. Fixed our washer machine and it's working great. He took the time to explain everything in full detail. I would 100% recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you so very much again for all your help and repairing our washer machine 🙂

We used to have Western appliance repair do work when we needed it, but they retired and referred us to Fix-It. My only negative is that they must be busy because it took a week before they could come, but Covid has had similar effects on all businesses. Victor arrived on time, advised us shortly before arriving, recognized the issues our stuff had, fixed them competently and quickly, while explaining the problem and what he was going to to do, so we fully understood. Their cost for the work was somewhere between very reasonable and very good. Victor cleaned up before leaving and advised what we should do to avoid future issues and what to look for to know early if it re-occurred. Highly recommended, a 100% good experience.

Victor came out and offered repair solution. He ordered new fan and now, two weeks later, new fan is installed and Samsung refrigerator repaired and operating just as it should, no noise to speak of! Victor is very much the gentleman and a pleasure to do business with.

I have a Samsung refrigerator that iced over and stopped working as well as a GE monogram wine cooler that did the same.Victor showed up and went right to work. He diagnosed the problems within minutes and an hour and a half later both were fixed and working. We chatted the whole time and he explained exactly what he was doing as well as advising me of what problems may occur going forward. I was totally satisfied with his service as well as his honesty! I would highly recommend his company to all especially if you value honesty! Also the cost was well below what I thought I’d be paying.

We have an older GE Monogram built in side by side refrigerator freezer that was not getting cold. I called Fix It on a Friday and got an appointment for Monday morning. Victor texted me when he was 15 minutes out a promptly showed up on time. Victor worked on the refrigerator and quickly diagnosed the problem(a faulty condenser fan). With it being a built in there wasn't a lot of room to work but through his perseverance Victor was able to replace the fan. He also checked and corrected a water line issue for us. Victor was prompt and affordable and I would happily use and recommend Fix It Appliance for any future needs.
