On the day of my appointment, Victor let me know 20 minutes before arrival that he was on his way. The actual repair was quick and thorough, and Victor also went to the trouble of cleaning the door glass and surround during the repair. The price seemed very fair. He found the issue right away, and emailed a full written estimate before he left. We decided to buy a new dishwasher because the parts and labor were almost as close as buying a new dishwasher. But at least now I know, because of his help and diagnosis. Victor is very professional and knowledgeable. My only negative is that they must be busy because it took a week before they could come, but Covid has had similar effects on all businesses. Victor arrived on time, advised us shortly before arriving, recognized the issues our stuff had, fixed them competently and quickly, while explaining the problem and what he was going to to do, so we fully understood. Their cost for the work was somewhere between very reasonable and very good. Victor cleaned up before leaving and advised what we should do to avoid future issues and what to look for to know early if it re-occurred. Highly recommended, a 100% good experience. read less

Victor texted me when he was 15 minutes out a promptly showed up on time. Victor worked on the refrigerator and quickly diagnosed the problem(a faulty condenser fan). With it being a built in there wasn't a lot of room to work but through his perseverance Victor was able to replace the fan. He also checked and corrected a water line issue for us.
